Meet the makers behind BeAlice. Amy Schmitz, founder and Co-owner, launched BeAlice in 2018. In 2025, she was joined by Becky Geyer. The duo brings a shared passion for sustainable, handmade brands and thoughtful design. Both former stay-at-home moms, Becky and Amy pour their hearts into every collection—sourcing responsibly, partnering with local Minnesota artisans, and hand-sewing many pieces in-house. Together, they champion small-batch production rooted in integrity, fairness, and a deep appreciation for quality craftsmanship. At BeAlice, it’s personal. We create bags that move with you.
